Meet the Authors

Candace Simar is a certified gerontological nurse and a registered guardian/conservator. As a freelance writer and poet, she has been published in Daily Wisdom (an online devotional magazine), Dust and Fire, Talking Stick, Lake Country Journal, and other publications. “Dusty Feet” received Honorable Mention in the inspirational category of the 2005 Byline Magazine Creative Writing Contest. Candace lives in Pequot Lakes, MN.
